FMR: 2017-18 EDITION
As platforms and emulators vary, there are 2 file formats to choose from:

Here's some of the changed pages in the 2017-18 edition and a list of the additional features:
1. Match highlights have been speeded up (particularly the shots) by increased use of machine code.
2. There's now free kicks in the match highlights with defensive walls.
3. Animated players can now dribble longer.
4. The stadium is now larger with more variety in crowd sizes. The crowd size depends on the country selected, division and even club positions within the division.
5. Players can now refuse to move in transfer transactions, or demand a moving on fee.
6. The big "GOAL!!" message is now displayed in the colour of the scoring team.
7. The 2nd kit screen now only displays available kit colours.
8. For league games, a home or away indicator has been added to the 'next match' information on the main menu.
9. The players' status update on the selection screen is now a little quicker.
10. Some parameters, including training levels, have been tweaked.
11. 8 more media questions have been added, making 48 in total.
12. The delays between screens appearing are now shorter in most cases.
13. Players can fall out with each other, seriously affecting team morale if they play together.
14. You can be offered an away friendly match at the start of the season.
15. You may occasionally be offered a free agent player on a wages only deal.
16. 12 youth players have been added, appearing over several seasons. These can be promoted to the first team once they reach at least skill level 1, and their skills are not reset between seasons, but they could also sign for other clubs...
17. The 'game status' and 'game changes' main menu options have been combined to make room for the 'youth player development' menu option.
18. Updated with all the promotions and relegations from the 2016/17 season, and now including a Chilean 4th division.
19. A bug has been fixed where an exchange for an injured player could be offered.
